At Bump N Fix, we stand behind the quality of our work. We provide a 5-Year Limited Warranty on repairs related to the bodywork listed on your repair order.

This warranty remains valid for five (5) years from the date of service completion, for as long as you own the vehicle.

What’s Covered

We warranty our workmanship and paint performance under normal driving conditions. Coverage includes:

• Cracking or checking of the paint

• Peeling or blistering caused by moisture or improper application

• Significant loss of gloss due to hazing, chalking, or fading under normal conditions

• Repairs performed to industry standards using proper materials and refinishing processes

Mobile Service Notice (Important)

Bump N Fix operates as a mobile repair service, and many repairs are performed in outdoor or semi-controlled environments.

While we take professional measures to control conditions, minor dust particles, texture variations, or slight imperfections may occur and are considered normal for mobile repairs. These do not qualify as warranty defects.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

• Pre-existing damage not included in the original repair

• Normal wear and tear after the repair

• Damage caused by accidents, weather, environmental exposure, or improper care

• Stone chips, road debris damage, or new scratches from regular driving

• Rust, corrosion, or underlying structural issues

• Manufacturer defects or issues outside the scope of our repair

• Variations in color match due to age, sun exposure, or factory differences

How Warranty Claims Work

If you experience an issue, please contact us promptly for inspection.

• Bump N Fix will inspect and verify the concern

• We will make up to three (3) attempts to correct any verified warranty issue

• If the issue cannot be corrected, we may determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion

All warranty repairs must be performed by Bump N Fix or an approved provider.

You must provide your original repair order or proof of service when submitting a claim.

Limitations of Warranty

This warranty is limited to the repair work performed only.

Bump N Fix is not responsible for:

• Towing costs

• Rental vehicles

• Lodging or travel expenses

• Lost income or loss of vehicle use

Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.

Third-Party Parts & Materials

For any third-party parts or materials used, warranty coverage may be subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. We will assist with claims where applicable but do not control third-party warranties.
