Bump N Fix provides mobile auto body repair services performed at the customer’s home or business location.

Service availability may vary based on:

• Location and state regulations

• Weather conditions

• Vehicle type and condition

• Extent of damage

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or outside the scope of our capabilities.

2. Quotes, Estimates & Payments

All quotes are estimates based on photos or information provided by the customer and are subject to change upon in-person inspection.

Final pricing may vary due to:

• Additional damage discovered

• Paint matching requirements

• Material and labor adjustments

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payments through secure third-party processors.
Financing options (such as Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm) may be available and may include additional processing fees.

A deposit may be required for parts and materials prior to scheduling certain repairs.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice

• Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to:

• Weather conditions

• Equipment issues

• Unforeseen circumstances

4. Repair Results Disclaimer

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Repairs are intended to achieve the closest possible restoration, not a factory-new condition.

• Most repairs result in an estimated 80%–90% improvement in overall appearance, depending on the severity of the damage.

• Minor imperfections may remain, especially in cases involving deep damage, prior repairs, or complex paint finishes.

• Paint color matching is performed to the closest achievable match, but slight variations may occur due to age, sun exposure, and factory differences.

• Results may vary for each vehicle and are not guaranteed to meet subjective expectations.

5. Warranty & Limitations

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 30 days of service completion.

This warranty does not cover:

• Pre-existing damage

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage unrelated to the repair performed

• Environmental damage after service (sun exposure, debris, etc.)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bump N Fix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and damage information

• Ensure a safe, legal, and accessible work area

• Remove personal belongings from the repair area

• Be available or reachable during the appointment

• Complete payment upon service completion

7. Intellectual Property

All website content—including logos, branding, text, images, and design—is the property of Bump N Fix and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or services.

9. Governing Law
